Booking Information
Clicking the link at the bottom of the page will take you to our booking portal. It shows a calendar with available spaces for booking the venue RhoMbuS. This allows you to log in, create an account and then book just a one-off evening event, or take 3 hour blocks every wednesday night for your mates to watch a movie!
How to book:
- Log in and enter your details
- Verify your email address
- Return to the calendar and choose your time/dates. Recurring entries and weeks are fully adjustable.
- If you plan on running a permanent class, please ensure you book at least 1 year in advance to ensure that we know you plan to hold that date permanently.
- We will block out future bookings to hold your period.
- You do not have to pay the entire booking duration in advance, just weekly in advance.
- If you are only making a single event booking, please ensure you make your payment promptly as the system will not provide the building access code until payment is received.
- We accept bookings with 48 hours notice, this is to allow payment and codes to be completed.
- A total will be provided. Payment must be received in advance for each event.
- Once payment has been received, an email will be sent containing access and usage instructions for the venue.
